Nuh, September 10. SDM Nuh Kunwar Aditya Vikram listened to the public’s problems at a resolution camp held on Wednesday and directed officials of the concerned departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of complaints. He stated that providing timely solutions to citizens’ problems is the administration’s top priority, and any negligence in this regard will not be tolerated.
The SDM stated that the Samadhan Camp is not merely a formality, but an effective means of providing immediate relief to the public. The camp’s purpose is to resolve people’s problems on the spot and expedite the disposal of pending cases. He instructed officials from all departments to attend the camp fully prepared and ensure that the complaints received are addressed seriously.
Kunwar Aditya Vikram stated that the complaints and demands received at the camp have been forwarded to the officials of the concerned departments, and instructions have been given for their prompt resolution. He said that each complaint should be resolved within the stipulated time frame, so that people do not have to make unnecessary rounds of offices.
He directed officials to seek feedback from complainants after resolving complaints to ensure they receive genuine relief. He said that it is the responsibility of all officials to maintain transparency, accountability, and sensitivity in the complaint resolution process.
The SDM said that, as directed by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, public complaints are being regularly monitored. The administration strives to ensure a fair and timely resolution of every complaint. He instructed officials to regularly review cases that cannot be resolved on the spot and keep complainants informed of the progress.
He said that the Samadhan Camp is a powerful medium for establishing direct communication between the administration and the public. Through such camps, people have access to services from various departments in one place, making the process of resolving their problems simple and easy.
